In spaces classified according to government directive no. 406/2004 Coll. as environment with risk of explosion, to prevent ignition of explosive atmosphere it is necessary to watch not only the right choice of the electric device, but also the non-electric ones (ventilators, conveyors, pumps, etc.). If the non-electric device that is being installed in the environment with the risk of explosion had not been specified for such use by the manufacturer, it is essential to make assessment of the risk of ignition according to the norm ČSN EN 13463-1 and connected norms. To meet this purpose we offer:
- carrying out an analysis of non-electric devices in the environment with risk of explosion according to norm ČSN EN 13463-1, the outcome of the analysis is a protocol on suitability of the non-electric device in the environment with risk of explosion – zone,
- carrying out an analysis on risk of fire and explosion on machinery devices according to norm ČSN EN 1127-1 ed. 2, the outcome of the analysis is a protocol on suitability of placing the machinery device in the environment with the risk of explosion – zone.
